In August 2014, Pastor Joseph Jafari and his family joined our church, bringing with them a genuine passion for ministry and a heartfelt dedication to serve the Iranian Church of Houston congregation. Through their love for Christ and commitment to His teachings, they have become a source of inspiration and spiritual growth, enriching our community with their guidance and compassion.

OUR CHURCH
Our ministry traces its roots back to early 1991, when God inspired a couple to reach out to Iranians in the greater Houston area. The ministry began with monthly home Bible studies and fellowship gatherings. In February 1997, this fellowship formally became the Iranian Church of Houston. Today, our congregation meets weekly at Westbury Baptist Church. Our mission is to follow God’s will and fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission among the Iranian community through prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
